Coach Prof. Kevin Ray Amores emphasized that teamwork and dedication played an important part in their winning. He added that “the pressure to retain the rank as the best squad in the city has challenged dancers all the more to surpass its performance last year.”
He expressed his gratitude to trainer and group choreographer “Raven Padecio for the effort in bringing out the winning stunts.”
The competition earned Saint Vincent’s College Red Dragons the second place while RBT Pagadian landed third.
The activity is part of the city’s festivity which aims to develop camaraderie, leadership and sportsmanship among the youth through music, cheerleading and dancing.
