The qualifications and competencies of the faculty determine the status of quality of education of higher education institutions (HEIs). Among the 352.5 faculty members of the University, 20.92 % or 73.75 are doctorate degree holders; 7.94 % or 28 are pursuing doctorate degree; 35.96 % or 126.75 are master’s degree holders, 27.23 % or 96 are actively pursuing master’s degree;, while only 7.94 % or 28 are bachelor’s degree holders.
Over one-fifth of the faculty members of JRMSU are doctorate degree holders about one-third were master’s degree holders.
