Balbuena lauds faculty, staff; tells essence of Christmas
Indeed, everything can only be described as raw and undiluted gratitude given by the president himself, Dr. Edgar S. Balbuena to the faculty and staff of JRMSU in his speech during the Fellowship Night and Christmas Party, last Tuesday, December 15, 2015 at JRMSU gymnasium, Dapitan city Campus.
He quoted that the heart of education is education in the heart, which means quality education can be extracted on how we do our tasks and performance in our classes, which should be done by heart.” It can be noted that Balbuena is a man of high academic vision, maneuvering the university into its greater heights as an ISO 2008 accredited university, emphasizing as one of the only four universities accredited by the Global Certification Philippines. “We are now globally recognized. All courses in the graduate school are already internationally known,” Balbuena pointed out with pride. With this, he challenged the faculty and staff in all campuses to submit for accreditation for ISO-9001-2015 so that greater development in performance be achieved. Meanwhile, Balbuena also emphasized deeply to the faculty and staff to celebrate Christmas in a minimal way. He ended his message with a reflection to eradicate mountains of pride and throw valleys of weaknesses for Christmas is peace, hope and love.
