To provide excellent quality services to its clients, Jose Rizal Memorial State University of Dipolog process owners, deans, associate deans, units heads, and program chairpersons had just attended the ๐ˆ๐’๐Ž ๐€๐ฐ๐š๐ซ๐ž๐ง๐ž๐ฌ๐ฌ ๐’๐ž๐ฆ๐ข๐ง๐š๐ซ conducted by the ๐๐ฎ๐š๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ฒ ๐€๐ฌ๐ฌ๐ฎ๐ซ๐š๐ง๐œ๐ž ๐‚๐ž๐ง๐ญ๐ž๐ซ of the Main campus led by QA Officer V, Ms. Judith Marie Milanie A. Falconete held at the JRMSU Dipolog Function Hall.
The Quality Assurance Team from JRMSU – Main comprehensively discussed about the introduction of QA by Ms. Falconete, QA Officer II Mr. John Kent S. Lacquio on AACCUP Accreditation, QA Officer IV Mr. Geed O. Palpagan on the importance of customer satisfaction measurement, and QA Officer II Engr. Christian Albert D. Piรฑero focused on the ISO 9001:2015 Standard.
JRMSU – Dipolog QA Unit Head, Prof. Rochel A. Ranes, introduced the speakers and participants.
Meanwhile, Campus Director, Dr. Marvin A. Recapente, disclosed that the said event was very helpful to everybody in attaining the objectives, policies, and processes implemented of each office and college.
